The Sea is visible to the right and there are hills to the left.
While there are other residents and holiday makers the property rarely feels busy, you will often have the pools and fitness center to yourself.
The apartment has a main bedroom and a small bedroom which has folding doors that open up to the lounge, with the doors open you can sit in bed and watch the TV, this small bedroom is ideal for children or a single adult.
Cooker:
The Kitchen area has most basic items needed for cooking, the cooker has 2 induction rings.
Only induction pans should be used on this cooker, available in the bottom cupboard.
There is a main power switch at the back of the cupboard under the cooker.
Water:
Security should switch on the main water tap which is outside of the apartment, in a cupboard
in the corridor.
The main kitchen tap water is fine for washing and cleaning but not drinking.
The small thin tap on the left side of the sink has filtered water and is good for drinking,
if in any doubt you may prefer to boil water before drinking.
Water in the bathrooms is not for drinking but is safe for brushing teeth and washing etc.
Electric
Mains is 240 volts.
There is a mains power and fuse switch in the cupboard above the microwave.
You should not need to use this but it's there should something trip out.
There maybe an occasional power cut/outage particularly if there has been a storm,
A torch should be in that same cupboard.
We appreciate if Air conditioners are switched OFF while you are out,
a good temperature setting is 25C which is usually equal to overnight temperatures.
Rubbish
Please empty your rubbish in the large bin next to the elevator.
TV
There are several channels in English and a few other languages,
The local cable supplier does tend to swap the channels around from time to time.
Internet
Wifi is provided and covers the whole apartment.
The Password is located on the WiFi router.
Safe
There is a small safe in the main bedroom, the password is "8750A'
you may change the password if you prefer, but please let me know.
Other items
There is a hair dryer and an iron with small ironing board.
Service
The maid will clean twice (x2) per week
the bedsheets will be changed once a week (x1)
There should be enough towels for inside and the beach,
Laundry
We do not have a washing machine, you are after all on vacation.
You can contact the maids via the reception and they will handle your laundry,
this will be charged directly.
